Exercise takes effort but if you start small

Postby sexercise on Fri Oct 23, 2009 5:40 am

Exercise takes effort but if you start small, it won’t be as hard and you may start to feel so great, you won’t want to quit.If your main goal is to improve your health, most experts agree that moderate exercise for 30 minutes every other day is all you need.USA suggests otherwise, that now you can get away with exercising for 2 1/2 hours per week and still maintain good health, where as previously it was 30 minutes per day five times per week. This might be very welcoming news for people who are very busy.

According to the Department of Health and Human Services and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), both aerobic activities and strength training offer important health benefits and should be included in the physical activity plan of adults.
