You know you are really CrossFit when you can complete the following within 30 min, per Coach Glassman

In any order:
30 Consective Pull-ups
50 Consecutive KBS (men use 2 pood, women use 1.5 pood KB)
3:10 1000m Row men, 3:30 1000m Row women

Post your attempt if you're up to the challenge!
