21 bodyweight front squat
42 Burpee Pull Ups

Run 1 k

15 Bodyweight Front Squat
30 Muscle Ups

Run 800m

9 Bodyweight Front Squat
18 Waist High Box Jump

Run 400m

Notes: sub for each muscle-up is: 3-4 pull-ups and dips, Sub for BW Front squat is a weight recommended by your trainer.
