With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Post number of minutes completed to comments.

50 Perfect squats against the wall for time

Flight Simulator
double unders, cannot break the set, if so start set over
5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 35, 30, 25, 20, 15, 10, 5
Didn't break any sets, so just for fun I was forced to try 45, 50, 45.......so i did, and i managed not to break them too!!
Why can't I be good at DU when we have to do Annie!!!!!!
